Western Slope Property Management was founded in 2021 with a clear mandate: bring professional, hands-on property management to rental properties across Mesa County. What started as a single large portfolio has grown into a full-service property management company serving renters and rental property owners throughout Grand Junction and Colorado's Western Slope.
Today, we manage a diverse mix of residential and commercial properties across the region - single-family homes, duplexes, small and large multifamily apartment buildings, affordable housing, newly built rental homes, and commercial and development properties. We're locally owned and locally staffed. Prospective residents meet our leasing team in person at showings across Grand Junction and the Western Slope, with virtual showings available for anyone relocating from out of town. Once you're moved in, our in-house maintenance team and strategic parts inventory allow us to respond promptly to service requests and prioritize urgent issues without waiting on outside contractors. Our AppFolio resident portal handles online applications, rent payments, and 24/7 maintenance requests from the moment you apply.
